Our Quality professionals have a valuable role in maintaining the high quality level throughout the productive process of medium power transformers according to customer requirements, internal procedures and international standards.

How You'll Make An Impact

Perform Quality Checks During the Construction Process: Conduct regular inspections at various stages to ensure that products meet quality standards. Perform Incoming Material Control to ensure they meet standards and requirements. Detect Nonconformities, Coordinate and Assure the Implementation of Corrections performing root cause analysis to figure out underlying reasons for nonconformities and coordinate with relevant departments to develop and realize corrective actions to address nonconformities. Support and cooperate with the Service and production team in Fixing Customer Complaints and implement corrective actions. Encourage a dedication to quality in the production process by educating production staff on quality standards and procedures.

Cultivate an environment of quality by promoting awareness and understanding of quality principles among all employees. Ensure Quality Requirements are Met During the Manufacturing Process. What You Bring

At least 2-3 years of experience in quality control in a factory environment preferably in customised production. Good ability to read and understand technical drawings (electrical or mechanical).

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package. Proficient in Italian and English (spoken and written) are required for this role. No limitation for working at heights due to the size of our products. Availability for business trips (around 30% of the time) nationally and occasionally internationally. Strong orientation towards achieving targets, initiative, autonomy, and a propensity for teamwork with excellent communication and relational skills. About The Team
