Location**:

**We are looking for a Quality Documentation Support to support LU-VE Plant in Italy **(Air Hex Alonte S. r. l.

- Italy - Alonte).

In your role you will report to the Group Quality assurance Coordinator.

Your location will be in Air Hex Alonte, Alonte, Italy.

**Brief Job Description**:

The **Quality Documentation Support** will have the function of supporting the group quality organization in the creation and management of quality, safety and environmental documents.

The function also provides for the maintenance and development of IT tools to support local Quality organizations.

**WHAT YOUR TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES WILL BE**:

- Support for document management activities in the field of quality, environmental safety

- Support for drafting / updating procedures and operating instructions

- Reference figure for training and technical support activities of the Sharepoint document system and its possible implementations, also with the support of external consultants

- Management of correspondence with suppliers for regulatory and compliance activities

- Support for internal audit activities

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Graduate in management engineering or IT expert

- Preferable basic knowledge of ISO 9001

- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office

- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral)

**OTHER DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Preferable knowledge of Sharepoint or possibly of document management systems

- Accuracy

- Attention to details

- Ability to relate to organizations within and outside the group
