Summary:This candidate will manage customer and internal claims, being the link between the Customer and the Operations departments and managing Quality Assurance and Quality topics. ResponsibilitiesManage and handle Customers Quality issues leading the problem solving process and releasing 8D Report, by coordinating the team during root cause analysis, definition and implementation of corrective actions, until the effectiveness verification and the closure. Ensure that the best possible service is maintained and the ultimate customer experience is providedManage the link between Customer and Operations departments by improving the Quality Assurance and internal processes with team, and by supporting in release of PFMEA, APQP, Control planMonitor and report KPI and provide regular trend analysisQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering or similarPrevious experience in Quality Department and in Claims managementexperience working with CustomersKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeClaim management experienceProcess improvement and Quality AssuranceStatistical knowledgeProject managementEnglish language is mandatoryInterpersonal and communication skillsProblem solving skills / win-win approachNegotiationTeamworkDriving for results and measurements capabilityCandidates not in line with the requirements will not be considered.
