Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain comprehensive inspection plans and statistical process controls for quality and production systems. Evaluate suppliers to ensure products meet quality standards across inbound and outbound stages. Work with Design Engineering teams to execute and coordinate performance testing, focusing on thermal, vibration, noise, and component failure analysis. Utilize your knowledge of statistics to interpret data and ensure continuous process improvements. Apply your understanding of materials and mechanical design to help resolve quality-related issues and support product development. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferably with exposure to niche industries). Strong proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or other equivalent statistical analysis tools. Familiarity with database structures (SQL, MySQL, Access) and data architecture related to Minitab is a must. Ability to demonstrate proficiency in data analysis by submitting a basic 3-4 row example showcasing your skills.
