Job Description Summary**: Quality Engineering Specialist

Focus on projects/process improvement to ensure that processes and products are designed with appropriate quality measurement systems.

Minimize risk of poor quality.

(eg-Master Black Belt and Black Belt).

Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline.

May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area.

Manage suppliers and customers relationship to solve quality problems.

Elaborate the RCA analysis based on the GE tool (8D, A3 skilled).

Issued and review the main Quality procedures and instructions.

- Management the NC process, incoming NC, during assembly NC, Fat NC (filter contact between the suppliers and procurement department for all the NC) by used the Quality suite tool.

- Management the Customer claims where the caused due to suppliers's mistake

- Management the suppliers recovery

- Management the monitoring and re-qualification of the suppliers with the GE central team

- Suppliers KPI management

- Suppliers process verifications.

- Management the informatization process of the recording tests done during equipment's assembly

- Elaborate the RCA analysis based on the GE tool (8D, A3 skilled)

- Internal Quality Audit Gensuite Skilled

- Elaborate of the quality inspection plans of the equipment's (disconnectors and Circuit breakers)

- Elaborate the final routine test report based on the on-line testing done

- Issued and review the main Quality procedures and instructions

- Issued and review the quality control assembly schedule

- Issued and review the quality control assembly check lists

Italian mothertongue or good level and have a medium level of English level.

Knowlege of SAP tool

Recommended to know how to use CAD tool

Microsoft Office package

Ability to work on team and problem solving attitude.
