To join our team in Italy, we are recruiting for the position ofQuality Environment Health Safety Manager. Mission: Implement and ensure high quality standards in the work carried out, with maximum safety and respect for the environment, in accordance with the budget, strategic plan and activity plan, legislation, standards and superior guidelines to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, increased efficiency of CapWatt and customer satisfaction, meeting quality, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements and contribute to making the Capwatt team happier and safer and building a better environment for future generations. Main Responsibilities:Develop and implement procedures in the area of ? health, safety, environment and quality Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards Conduct audits and inspections to maintain regulatory adherence Train and raise awareness among teams on best safety and sustainability practices Investigate incidents and propose continuous improvement measuresRequirements:Proven experience in QSE management, preferably in the biogas sector Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations in Italy Strong leadership and communication skills Fluency in Italian and EnglishWhat we offer:Flexible and collaborative work environment; Opportunities for continuous training and professional development; Possibilities for internal mobility within an expanding company.
