**Position**:

Reporting to the IMS Manager, the IMS Specialist will support the day-to-day tasks associated with managing, maintaining, and continually improving the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified Integrated Management System of the organization.

The key responsibilities will be:

- Support the IMS Manager in maintenance and evolution of the ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified IMS;

- Maintain and develop IMS documentation, working with process owners, to keep it uptodate and aligned to business needs and standards evolutions;

- Management of Nonconformities, CAPA and improvements;

- Assist with creation and execution of training for new and existing employees;

- Analysis of the IMS process and reports statistics and KPIs, prepares presentations and realizes customer satisfaction analysis

- Is part of the team supporting auditees during the certification activities by external authorized bodies.

**Requirements**:

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in engineering or Computer science or equivalent;

- Knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, best practices and international standards in Information Security, IT Risk & Security Assessment, Governance & Compliance and Data Privacy/Data Protection (i. e.

ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR);

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard;

- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1)

- At least a basic knowledge of software development methodologies and practices;

- At least a basic knowledge of IT network and infrastructures;

- Preferrable: ISMS or QMS auditor personal certification;

- Preferrable: Knowledge of ISO 20000-1 and ITIL

- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive data, records, files, conversations;

- Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts and learn quickly;

- Ability to manage projects and deliverables with a high level of accuracy and completeness;

- Ability to solve problems while exercising sound judgment and timely decision-making skills;

- Verbal and written communication skills: must be able to communicate technical information to development teams in a supportive and meaningful manner;

- Good interpersonal skills
