Your Mission: If you're passionate about quality control, compliance, and technical documentation, we want to hear from you. As an Intern Quality Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the approval of raw materials and packaging (request, verify and archive qualification documents). Monitor supplier documentation and ensure the qualification information is up to date. Check the legal compliance between products and labeling, create technical data sheets. Complete technical questionnaires for products upon customer request. Prepare documentation for the export office for customs clearance and merchandise registration with non-EU customs. Actively participate in the management of voluntary certifications within the company. Support the implementation of new company certifications. Assist in the production of technical documentation for the Italian and international RETAIL network. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Food technologist, Biology, Engineering, or similar). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of quality standards and certifications (BRC, IFS, Rainforest Alliance, Halal, Kosher). Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acess). Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
