The Client is a market leader company in plastics manufacturing.

**Posizione**:

Main missions:

- Communicating on top level with our Key account

- Coordinate and control the demand/requirements of our Key account with regard to quality topics

- Assur with our Plant Quality Managers the fulfilment of our Key account's requirements

- Be a part of our continues improvement team and "promote" and develop continuous improvements of the customer satisfaction

- Coordinate and support the claim management, i. e.

NCRs of our Key account with our corresponding entities

- Overviewing and follow-up of the balance score cards of our Key account and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)

- Statistical analysis

- Reporting to the COO of the Group

**Requisiti**:

**Skills**:

- Master of Science Degree in Engineering or related field

- 3+ years of experience in quality management in automotive business

- Profound knowledge of IATF 16949

- strong self-awareness of oneself and one's team and ability to develop/improve and be quick in action

- LEAN principles: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt is a plus

- Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Knowledge of languages:

- Very good knowledge in English is mandatory

- Another foreign language like Italian, German or French is an asset

- Very good communication skills

- Correct behaviour

- Well-structured working method

- High sense of responsibility

- Readiness of permanent education

- Team player mindset

- Readiness to travel
