Org Marketing Statement
Position Summary
To support the Corporate WIN Strategy by managing the quality operations.
Person on this position develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality standards for products and processes.
They also provide statistical information for quality improvement by gathering data on trends and root cause analysis.
Responsibilities
Managing the subordinate team in accordance with the Labour Code and Parker's principles; Ensuring that the plant quality management system complies with the ISO 9001 standard as well the customer requirements; Devise and implement various methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating products, processes and production equipment; Prepare reports by collecting, interpreting, analysing and summarizing data and making recommendations; Identify quality performance trends and corrective actions by coordinating with customers; Operational planning of internal audits with annual monitoring; organization and company representation on third party and customer audits.
Customers and suppliers complaints management system supervision and coordination; Measurement management system supervision and coordination; Planning and organization of quality trainings APQP documentation assurance (including FMEA, control plans, SPC, MSA, PPAP); Carrying out other instructions from supervisors within the framework your permissions
Qualifications
Higher education with an engineering profile; completed internal ISO 9001 auditor course; ISO TS16949, PED, ATEX courses will be an asset; at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the quality department or another Parker Hannifin department; Minitab, MS Office medium level, and excellent excel knowledge; Practical knowledge of quality and lean tools and methods (Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, CP, 8D, 5S, A3, TPM); Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking Ability to analyse data from multiple sources and draw conclusions; Self-reliant, proactive, methodical with very good work organization, accuracy and regularity; Drive for self-improvement and expanding knowledge;
