**About the role**:

At LAB ID|a Beontag Company we are looking for **Quality Manager** who will be responsible for managing the areas of Quality Control and Assurance, Integrated Management System, Environmental and Technical Assistance.

This position will be based in our plant located in **Castel Maggiore (BO)

**Responsabilities**:

- Managing a team to maintain the highest standards of quality, and support with the strategic planning to meet the goals of the business;

- Analytical testing of raw materials and finished products using Quality Techniques and handling of non-conforming products;

- Acting as the representative of Quality with other areas of the company, customers and suppliers, through meetings and face-to-face visits with the areas involved to fulfill the Quality objectives within the organization;

- Receiving and handling complaints and providing technical assistance at LAB ID and other companies of the group;

- Monitoring and analysis of inventories and management reports containing indicators from the Quality and Environmental areas, as well as carrying out actions to improve performance and achieve expected results;

- Maintenance of internal ISO 9001, 14001 and FSC certifications, as well as suggestion of new certifications;

- Team management ensuring compliance with the procedures provided by the company, as well as employee engagement and training of new leaders.

**What we are looking for**:

- BS in Engineering;

- Previous Experience in Quality Management and People Management;

- Advanced English.
