**Who we are looking for

For the Feltre Quality Department, we are looking for a:

**QUALITY & LABORATORY MANAGER

Under the supervision of the Feltre Plant Manager, Quality and Laboratory Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality always complies with requirements and standards and for keeping evidence of this for both internal and external use.

He/she will also manage all the activities of the mechanical testing laboratory with not exclusive focus on handling customers of the automotive sector.

**Main tasks and responsibilities

- Spread at all levels the Quality Policy and the Quality Management System as an improvement tool, by holding meetings and planning necessary training actions in collaboration with HR

- Elaborate and check congruence of all the Procedures issued for the S. G. Q.

(Quality Management System), also by updating and spreading the related documentation

- Elaborate and keep updated Quality Plans and Procedures as part of the S. G. Q.

- Schedule and manage internal and external audits (such us product and process audit, external system audit in collaboration with external bodies, etc.

)

- Update Quality law & regulations, international regulations, Corporate and/or customer specific requirements

- Daily interface with production departments, customer service, supply chain and customers, as well as certification bodies (weekly) and Corporate (monthly)

- Perform internal product and process audits, create appropriate reports by including related corrective, preventive and improvement actions

- Check incoming materials (suppliers) and outcoming materials (customers) by monitoring and reporting any Non-Conformity issues

- Manage Non-Conformity issues, complaints and customer returns in accordance with internal procedures

- Carry out autonomous verification actions of the process, of the self-control efficiency and of the operating and testing instructions respect

- Monitoring of testing samples made by quality operators

- Generate and archive all certifications required by customers and external bodies

- Plan and manage the calibration system of measuring devices, by guaranteeing their functionality

Finally, we require:

- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Materials Engineering or similar

- At least 4/5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a structured multinational company

- Ability to analyze complex technical specifications and drawings

- Good teamwork and communication skills

- Autonomy in creating technical reports or in creating and interpreting of product or process specifications

- Knowledge of automotive tools is a plus

- Knowledge of ISO9001 regulations

- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and EN15088 regulations is a plus

- Knowledge of testing machines and samples preparation
