We are looking for a motivated Quality Manager to join our team and contribute to the ongoing development of our management system, ensuring compliance with international standards and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Maintenance and development, change or extension of ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021-1 standards of the CAB management system, and activities related to accreditation of the same. Coordinate and supervise the entire management system within the company, ensuring that all procedures comply with the above standards. Coordinate internal and external audit activities and manage relations with accreditation bodies. Manage non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Qualifications: Proficiency in English (C1 level); knowledge of Italian is advantageous. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Certification in quality auditing or relevant fields is a plus. Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams and external stakeholders. Why Join Us?
