**YOUR ROLE

- Drives Quality Strategy and targets in area of responsibility

- Ensures manufacturing processes are meeting international and national standards

- Maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management and FSSC 22000 Food Safety Certifications

- Monitors performance by gathering relevant data and creating statistical reports

- Works closely with Quality Management Team to address internal and external requirements including audits, standards, and targets

- Cooperation with local Management Team and Staff to maintain high level quality culture

- Drives continuous improvement and standardization of solutions

- Reviews customer requirements in line with Customer Quality procedures

- Management of customer and supplier complaints in area of responsibility

- Leading the local Q-organization

**YOUR SKILLS

- Degree in Engineering

- Min.

of 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role

- Experience in People Management

- Fluent in Italian and English

- IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package - SAP knowledge is a nice to have

- Excellent interpersonal skills allowing easy interaction with interlocutors, team and cross departmental work

- Strong sense of organization and planning

- Result and solution oriented mindset

- Proactiveness
