**The team you will be a part of**:
The Quality Generalist team conducts internal quality controls concerning particular areas or company products to ensure they fulfill given quality procedures and norms.
Monitors and records inconsistencies with quality procedures and norms.
Preparing quality analyses and recommends necessary quality procedure changes.
**This role in summary**:
Ensure customer quality targets achievements in terms of reliability, service level, zero defect and people empowerment.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Define, plan and optimize budget and all available resources in order to deploy qualitative targets standards and qualitative improvement targets (quality factory master plan)
- Define and communicate individual and group targets
- Define manage and spread Factory Quality System in relation to ISO 9001/2000 norms
- Ensure the updating and maintenance of the Quality management system
- Ensure standard processes implementation and execution in accordance to WCM' standard, E&S and work regulations
- Ensure adherence to WCM standards (tools, processes, SOP's) and execute Audits
- Ensure quality performances results and KPI's publishing
- Guarantee problem solving strategies and drive improvements of all Customer Quality dimensions (performance perceived quality, durability, reliability)
- Promote Quality first culture creation (measurement techniques/methods, monitoring and improvements) and ensure specific T&E plans
- Manage and execute HR processes ensuring their implementation
- Provide and ensure support for issues escalation process (help-chain)
- Ensure good team working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
- Validate and approve training plan ensuring individual professional growth and development
