Responsibilities Oversee and manage the quality control processes for injection molding operations, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control processes and best practiceQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field 5+ years' relevant work experience Fluency in Italian (required), English (preferred) Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, problem solving Proven experience in managing ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
