LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU A Snapshot of your day The candidate will be responsible for the quality department inside our factory and (s)he will be focused on maintaining and continuously improving the local Integrated Management System.

(S)He will work in collaboration with other departments to put in place corrective actions and preventive actions to improve quality and reduce nonconformance costs, analyzing the performance and conducting audits.

Your Profile Proven professional experience in manufacturing companies inside production & quality areasKnowledge of production and quality management, ISO9001, ISO14001, BS OHSAS18001Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;Good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeYour Responsibilities Set up and maintain local Quality Management System according to ISO9001, ISO14001, BS OHSAS18001 and SIEMENS Quality Standards.

Fulfill the Quality System Management Representative role also developing "Continuous Improvement" processes and mindset in the company;Maintain supplier audits, internal audits and required customer audits to discover opportunities for improvement;Ensure that the manufactured products are safe and according to the product-related specifications.
