In your role as Quality of Service Specialist - Connected Services, within the Connectivity R&D Team, you will support in the following activities: Collaborate in the definition & design of an automatic test framework for M2M, Web and Mobile applications and support the design of the suite test.
Collaborate in the definition & design of an automatic framework for monitoring the Quality of Service of the full stack architecture (mobile and web app, backend services, MQTT devices, …).
Collaborate in the definition & design of SW tools for supporting debug and field analysis of connectivity applications and products.
Collect, monitor, and analyze Web and Mobile applications usage data.
Manage interactions and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e. g.
Business units, production, markets, R&D, and Quality).
Manage activities in cooperating with consultancy companies and partners.
Main requirements: Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering specializing in Computer Science.
Good knowledge of Python programming language, MQTT protocol and IoT systems.
Knowledge of Test Automation Frameworks for Testing (e. g.
for E2E : Appium, Selenium, for Unit Testing: pytest), observability system (e. g.
Grafana) and Web Programming back-end and client-side (web services, REST API, JavaScript, HTML, …).
Familiarity with the KMM framework and Mobile APP development.
Knowledge of relational (e. g.
MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and code versioning tools (with a preference for Git).
Basic knowledge of the Linux ecosystem, cloud computing systems, such as Amazon Web Services (lambda functions, EC2, dynamo DB).
Ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem-solving and team working.
English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements.
