**About the Role

- Manage IT tools (e. g.

SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft office, etc. )

related to Quality Packaging Department activities

- Works with Group IT / Local IT in SAP QM and other IT systems related to Packaging Quality projects

- Implements/maintenance the Packaging minimum sampling plan on SAP QM and interface with Ferrero plants

- Collection, archive, analysis and rationalization of Packaging Quality KPIs

- Assures availability of Packaging Supplier Quality KPIs and keeps updated the different systems

- Supports and verifies the acceptance process by the suppliers of the quality documentation relating to packaging supply, Audit Reports, Supplier Performance and CAPA implementation

- Internal support on Packaging Quality KPIs definition

- Internal support on Packaging Quality Policies/Procedures/Working instruction design, implementation simplification and continuous improvement

- Internal support on Food Packaging Risk Assessment definition, analysis and continuous improvement

- Business support for all KPIs and IT tools of the Packaging Quality Department.

**Who we are looking for**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Scientific Studies (e. g.

Material Science or Chemistry Engineering, Food Science and Technology)

- Problem-solving, decision-making, and team work skills are considered as mandatory for the role

- Open communication attitude

- Organizational Integration and network

- Flexibility, adaptability and aptitude to teamwork

- High fluency in English (written and spoken)

- MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)

- Knowledge of SAP Platform is considered as a plus

- Availability to business trip
