What you will do

Accountable of delivering the expected quality improvement on the assigned platform, reaching the defined quality and consumer satisfaction targets, working both on running production and new projects.

Accountable of setting up and executing the quality improvement plan for the assigned platform by coordinating partner functions in product development, marketing, manufacturing, supply base, logistics and service.

Accountable of addressing specific market or customers quality topics for the platform assigned supporting business needs, including product checks, warehouse quarantines and reworks.

- Setup and execution of quality improvement plan for the assigned platform.

- Management of quality tasks in product development process for new projects of the platform.

- Management of product and components derogations for the assigned platform.

- Management of specific quality activities with markets or customers, quarantines, reworks.

- Quality status reporting for the assigned platform inside the product line.

What you need to succeed

- Project planning and team management skills.

Proficiency in quality tools.

- Experience in home appliance sector could be a plus.

- University degree on engineering or technical courses.

- Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing companies.

Minimum three years experience in quality roles, two years experience in managing a team of white collars

- English fluent.

Italian preferred.

- Leadership.

Presentation skills.

Capability to work under pressure.
