We develop and produce drug containment solutions in glass and plastics. The main production process is the processing of the glass tube by forming and the subsequent cleaning and sterilization of the container using highly automated machinery. We are looking for a Quality Process Engineer to be inserted in our Quality Engineering team based in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD), directly reporting to the Quality Technical Support Coordinator. The figure will execute analysis and investigation dealing with customers claims, performs process capabilities analysis, risk analysis related to manufacturing processes and provides with high level of service, ensuring quality technical issues resolutions, enabling the deployment of guidelines, documentation, product specification and control method alignment as well as a homogeneous investigation way, in alignment with the QMS and with the relevant applicable standards and regulations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provides the functions involved with a standard quality level of response and a systematic approach to customer claim management, according to the expected level of service and with the standards defined at corporate level. Executes investigations for assigned customer claims, working alongside with the other teams involved, providing pFMEA and process capability analysis requested, as well as enhancing root cause analysis methodologies, problem solving and continuous improvement, supporting CAPA, CC and deviations. Implements corrective and preventive actions and deals with internal functions, formalizing issue report and technical analysis able at addressing resolutions to be provided to the leader above. Monitors the alignment of quality and technical global specifications, as well as control plan and methods for SG products working with the other teams involved to foster the standardization and harmonization. Maintains a proper document management, keeping up to date the repository for the relevant technical and quality documents (i. e DEL etc. ) and ensuring a systematic and standard approach, facilitating knowledge sharing. Contributes effectively to the QMS , facilitating the communication pursuing a trustful partnership with internal stakeholders, in line with the applicable standards and policies. Qualifications Master's degree in scientific university 4 years of experience in Quality engineer or Process Engineer or Continuous Improvement Full professional proficiency in English Knowledge of Quality Management System Knowledge of the main Quality tools as Change Control, CAPA, investigation methodology (Ishikawa diagrams, 5 Whys, etc. ), FMEA J-18808-Ljbffr
