**PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Ensure the program Quality and safety assurance in the perimeter of a product development and coordinates all quality activities throughout the program.

Ensure consistency between the program QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) objectives and the customer satisfaction both internal or external.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

- Be the interface with the customer (internal or external) for the quality team

- Define and monitor correct execution of the program quality plan (in respect mainly of hw and sw disciplines) in accordance to the solution requirements or project gap, and to the Alstom processes

- Makes sure that Engineering and Safety standards are well known and applied: Alert in case of deviation and Manage corrective actions when necessary, propose improvements when relevant

- Support improvement of engineering processes with the return of experience with site process correspondent network

- To assure quality of engineering Supplier (engineering sub-contractors) and link with SPQD/Industrial Quality

- Program execution controls

- Support the program teams to prepare gate reviews & follow up related action plans and validate expected maturity status

- Manage System Engineering/SW/HW quality assurance activities

- Manage process adherence inspection to demonstrate program adherence and manage process waiver

- Realize the quality task needed for System/SW/HW development and V&V activities including subcontracted activities

- Realize the safety review, the chapter 2 of the safety case and the delivery review according Alstom Safety standard

- Realize safety authorization for direct product sales

- Control program deliverables compliance through inspection or delivery review that authorize delivery to program customer

- Report quality and safety alerts and ensure REX process within the program

- Measure and improve program quality performance

- Manage Non-conformities and Safety issues and facilitate problem solving related to the product portfolio that are used by project in execution phase to reduce the costs of non-quality (8D, REX and standards evolution)

- Ensure analysis of Quality Engineering KPIs is done during program execution, and propose action plans for improvement when necessary

**EXPERIENCE

Mandatory

- Degree in Engineering or equivalent

- Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools

- Fluent in English

Desirable

- Knowledge of railway industry (norms, certifications ) and V&V and Safety

- Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the program

- Experience in Quality / audit are appreciated

- Quality 2. 0 approach /quality in agile development
