We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

**Partner with the best

The Quality Project Manager ensures project compliance with quality contracts, collaborating for timely risk management, defect prevention, and exceeding customer expectations.

As a Quality Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading project quality execution to ensure a full compliance with the contractual quality requirements and business targets/policies.

- Leading Customer and Suppliers Pre-Inspection meetings, monitors inspections progress, manages non-conformities and customer deviations requests;

- Monitoring Manufacturer Data Record collection progress, attends critical inspections, and provides reporting.

- Managing Project Regulations & Standards adherence assuring full compliance to applicable mandatory requirement;

- Proactively oversees Sales Toolgate Process, contributes to risk identification, and leads project closure sessions.

- Ensuring on-time deliveries, completeness of quality dossier and supply free of punch list, contributing to avoid cost of poor quality.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Master's in a relevant field (e. g. Engineering, Quality Management, or Project Management)

- Have expertise in Quality Management Systems, Quality Control, and key Order to Remittance processes.

- Have proven ability to work in cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

- Willingness to travel on short notice.

- Be able to demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Be proficient in Quality or Project Management, expertise in continuous improvement, lean enterprise process and influential communication and interpersonal skills.
