Overview of role**:

Draexlmaier is one of the world's leading suppliers of premium automotive interiors and electrical wiring systems and as part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a Quality Resident to be based at the customer site and provide line side support for product quality.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To support customer launch phase and series production with all specific requirements.

- To ensure that the product complies with the customer drawing at the point of fit.

- To record and report Draexlmaier product failures.

- To record and report product failures caused by the customer.

- To carry out checks and inspections and liaise with wider team in the case of product, logistic, quality, process and any other problems.

- To receive and provide initial support to the customer's quality management representative in the case of quality problems outside the normal DTI working hours.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Demonstrable expertise with interior products to incorporate hands-on skill at rework level/large vehicle level.

- Ability to understand engineering drawings.

- Demonstrable automotive production experience.

- Strong verbal and written communication

- Proficiency with Microsoft office

- Knowledge of product retrofit within vehicle assembly

- Valid EU driving licence
