What you'll do:

- You will join the Retail Operations department.

More specifically, the Strategy & Quality Service team.

You will directly report into the Strategy & Quality Service Coordinator;- You will have to supervise and control the compliance to internal procedures by creating, standardizing and optimizing the technical/non-technical procedures;- You will monitor our customers quality experience data while sharing the results with internal departments in order to improve the whole customer experience;- You will analyze and create report about quality indicators such as the Customer Satisfaction Index.

You will do your best to become the internal voice coming from our customers;- You will verify the quality service by checking all the steps procedures used by the Customer Service, Service Desk and Field Service.

Who you are:

- You have at least 2 years of experience in customer care or technical/operational roles;- You have a degree in Statistics, Marketing or Social Sciences;- You have a proven and solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;- You are a proactive, determined and goal-oriented;- You are able to work in a team and you know how to communicate the best practice toward our clients.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Previous experience as Data Analyst;- Basic knowledge of MS Dynamics.
