Quality Specialist Aerospace - Europe

**Quality Specialist - Aerospace (Europe)
The scope of this position is to support the Aerospace BU Quality team to accelerate the journey to Prevention, developing the quality toolbox as requested by our customers and defined into the SKF ETO process.
**Key Responsibilities
- Support the Design FMEA implementation, with the Aero BU Product Engineering organization,
- Coordinate and coach the Process FMEA Aero BU strategy implementation,
- Organize the standardization of the control plan templates in the Aero BU,
- Define and implement the training package to deploy the RM13145 standard (Aerospace APQP),
- Pilot Aero Key Customer Specific Requirements analysis and compliance matrix,
- Control and update the Aerospace BU Quality system,
- Define and implement the Lessons learned process for Quality,
- Support the Human factors policy implementation,
- Participate to the Aerospace Internal QT13 audits program.
**Skills and Job requirements
- University Degree in Mechanics or Engineering, or its equivalent and some years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Good understanding of the AS 9100 principles and requirements.
- Solid experience in leading Process FMEA workshop and a good knowledge and experience in attending to Design FMEA workshop.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, effective teamwork experiences and the ability to work internally and externally with persons at all organizational levels.
- Good listener with sound written and verbal communication skills as well as fluency in English
- Internal auditor qualification (QT13 SKF and / or AS 9100) is appreciated
- Experience in Product Engineering development phases or ETO project management is appreciated
- Ability to analyse data (statistical calculation, six sigma green belt or black belt) is appreciated
- Demonstrated ability in assuming a leadership role in coaching and developing key employees responsible for Quality,
- A motivated desire to promote and influence change in the organization through guiding by example
- Act with speed and professionalism
- Ability to travel.
**Additional information
The position holder will be located in France or Italy (Valenciennes or Villar Perosa), with a Local Contract.
The position holder will report to the Manager Quality & EHS, Aerospace Business Unit.
