**Reports to**: QHSE Manager Italy

**Location**: Italy - Hybrid (partially remote with frequent visits to our Operational Office in Montalto di Castro (VT) and to the plants in Italy)

**Duties & Responsibilities

- Support the correct Implementation and the supervision of the procedures related to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.

- Management of Internal and External non-conformities. Implementation of procedures and operating instructions.

- Ensure the development of the Quality system with Internal and External Stakeholders.

- Take part in Audit regarding of company procedures (Quality, Safety and Environment).

- Set up Quality KPIs.

- Help the QHSE Manager Italy in the management of the activities related to the implementation of EHS Strategy.

- Follow the equipment validation processes (i. e DPI).

- Management and Tracking of activities through the Software CMMS.

- Management of the EHS processes through interfacing with external bodies and the HR Department.

- Supporting HR in the communication and training of the employees in regard to the Quality Processes

**Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering

- Strong Analytical Skills

- Fluent in English and Italian

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
