Specific duties include but are not limited to:

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality specialist to be in charge of major part of quality activities in our plant in Brescia (Italy).

The quality specialist's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality policies, check lists, procedures, manage internal and supplier Non-Conformities, conduct inspections in plant, identifying production, process, or product issues, and present possible solutions.

This position is responsible to renew each year the ISO 9001 certification and implement new ISO certifications if requested.

Quality Assurance Specialist Responsibilities:

- Preparing and implementing quality policies and procedures.

- Performing routine inspections and quality checks.

- Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues and making recommendations for improvement.

- Documenting quality activities and creating containment, corrective and preventive actions.

- Creating training materials and operating manuals.

Qualifications:

Quality Assurance Specialist Requirements:

- High school diploma required, Degree preferred.

- Base knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance.

- Certificates in quality areas are a plus.

- Previous experience in quality assurance or a similar field is a plus.

- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 will be highly considered.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent data collection and analysis skills.

- Strong attention to detail.
