For our Anagni (FR) office we are looking for a Quality Specialist of pharmaceutical products

**YOUR ROLE **:The quality specialist of pharmaceutical products takes place thanks to extensive sampling checks and constant monitoring. The resource will be included in a very technical and professional pharmaceutical quality team, it will provide support in the daily checks and will be trained to become part of the quality assurance and control process.

The resource will also actively participate in the review of the processes, pushing towards the innovation of the entire quality process.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.

- Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.

- Preparing CAPA Plan with definition of immediate and medium-term corrective actions

- Monitoring of temperatures and critical systems and consulting with the Qualify Person and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.

- Maintaining records of compliance activities by compilation of quality registers

- Tracking and responding to complaints.

- Preparing draft of new procedures and operating instructions in support to the expert quality team.

- Participate in the review of the processes, pushing towards the innovation of the entire quality process

- Monitoring of all suppliers related to quality activities (e. g.

temperature control, maintenance of temperature controlled areas, pest control, etc.

)

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:

- Experience in multi-customer logistics in the pharmaceutical sector

- Leadership Experience

- Excellent use of Excel and data analysis
