- As a Quality Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operations comply with the highest standards of quality management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other applicable regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement.
- Managing customer complaints and conducting thorough investigations to address any issues.
- Drafting Product Quality Reviews to assess the overall quality of our products.
- Supporting activities related to Quality Risk Management to mitigate potential risks.
- Managing Change Management CMC activities as a local change manager.
- Performing local supplier qualification activities to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Preparing Quality Assurance Agreements to establish strong partnerships.
- Managing the documentation system and its archiving, including analytical documentation.
- Performing batch record reviews to support, as back up, the activities of the Quality Release team.
**Your qualifications
- To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
- Proficiency in using Office programs to effectively manage documentation.
- A good level of spoken and written English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations to ensure compliance.
- Basic knowledge of eCTD (electronic Common Technical Document) for streamlined processes.
- As a person you have:
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
