Your roleAs a Quality Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operations comply with the highest standards of quality management systems, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other applicable regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:Handling Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to drive continuous improvement. Managing customer complaints and conducting thorough investigations to address any issues. Drafting Product Quality Reviews to assess the overall quality of our products. Supporting activities related to Quality Risk Management to mitigate potential risks. Managing Change Management CMC activities as a local change manager. Performing local supplier qualification activities to ensure the highest quality standards. Preparing Quality Assurance Agreements to establish strong partnerships. Managing the documentation system and its archiving, including analytical documentation. Performing batch record reviews to support, as back up, the activities of the Quality Release team. To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:A degree in a relevant field such as Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. Proficiency in using Office programs to effectively manage documentation. A good level of spoken and written English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical regulations to ensure compliance. Basic knowledge of eCTD (electronic Common Technical Document) for streamlined processes. As a person, you have:Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
