**This position reports to**:
Quality Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies.
Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit.
You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Smart Power division in Dalmine.
You will be mainly accountable for: - Reporting quality issues data and ensuring adherence to the quality management system at all stages.
- Acting as the front-end with customers, analyzing their needs, and providing applicable solutions in collaboration with internal resources (e. g. , service team).
- Managing cost reporting and analysis, identifying root causes, and acquiring quality metrics and KPIs to facilitate local process management.
- Defining and ensuring the standard level of products and processes, associating quality control specifications and certifications.
- Managing, recording, and analyzing customer feedback on products or services using the CCRP/SFDC tools.
- Providing feedback to the factory, marketing, and engineering teams based on customer analysis.
- Conducting joint analyses on failures.
- Providing support and backup to the quality manager as needed.

**Qualifications for the role**:
- You hold technical Diploma, in electrotechnical field would be considered a plus
- Ability to demonstrate your experience of 2/3 years in quality roles
- You are highly skilled in managing relationship with costumers with strong written and spoken communication skills
- You have collaborative, solution-focused approach, with proactive aptitude
- Knowledge of quality tools, KPIs and electrical testing procedure, LV/MV electromechanical market would be considered a plus.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English (at least B2 level)
