We are looking for an After Sales Body Systems Referent to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the After Sales Director. You will be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle components are developed and delivered according to established milestones and to the After Sales requirements.

You will collaborate closely with all the SET (Simultaneous Engineering Teams) members and all the After Sales teams.

You will play a pivotal role in driving the readiness of After Sales for all the Lamborghini models and the development of the projects.

Your main activities will be:

Reporting and coordinating with the After Sales Project ManagerMonitoring and tracking the timing, costs, quality and purchasing of Body Systems components discussed in SET meetingsSharing the relevant information collected during the Body Systems SET meeting with every Team of the After Sales Department and vice versaTracking decisions made by the Body Systems SET and ensuring follow-up actions in collaboration with After Sales Project ManagementSupporting the After Sales Project Manager in the definition of technical and product requirements within his/her technical area and respective achievementPreparing Business Cases for potential solutions requested by the technical area of After SalesAbout you Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or an equivalent education. At least 3 years' experience in Automotive or Mechanics companies, preferably in After SalesOffice suite and in particular Excel and Power PointFluent English; Italian and German will be considered a plusAnalysis and problem solvingOrganizational skillsEffective communicationTeamworkWhat we offer Holistic Well-Being programParenthood programSpecific job posting for internal employeesAccess to qualified Learning pathsIf you are interested in taking a new professional opportunity, please submit your application by the end of February 12th.
