We are looking for a Driveability Application Engineer to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Vehicle Applications and Controls. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Driveability attributes across all the Lamborghini applications. Your main activities will be:Setting the Driveability attributes targets in line with the Company directionsHigh level hybrid strategies definition, software development and calibrationEngine and gearbox software function development and debugIdentification and analysis of future development for the driveability attributeDelivering the driveability calibrations in line with the attribute targets for all the Lamborghini projectsAttending test trips to support development activities. About youMaster's degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Physics, Engineering, or an equivalent education. Strong passion for automotive design and development3-5 years' industry experience related to internal combustion engine or powertrain systems developmentVery good level comprehension of control strategies for gasoline combustion engine and/or hybrid systemsExtensive knowledge and competences in terms of calibration activities and processesExtensive knowledge of both hybrid and BEV systemsGood level of knowledge of the MathWorks tools like Matlab and SimulinkGood level of knowledge of the ETAS and VECTOR software like Inca and CanapèFluent English; Italian and German will be considered a plusStrong interpersonal and team-working skills, as well as a high affinity for tracking supplier and delivering first-quality products to the customerExcellent problem-solving skills for complex automotive powertrain & chassis control systemsFlexibility and adaptabilityProactive, well organized, diligent and reliableAvailability to travelWhat we offerHolistic Well-Being programParenthood programSpecific job posting for internal employeesAccess to qualified learning pathsIf you are interested in taking a new professional opportunity, please submit your application by the end of February 6th.
