The Role As a Racing Structural Performance Engineer, you will join the Racing Structural Performance team at Dallara Automobili.

This company specializes in design, prototype manufacturing, and testing across the Group's three business units: Racing, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defense.

In this role, you will conduct simulations and structural analyses for key car components such as chassis, suspensions, mechanical parts, and bodywork.

Specifically, you will address various aspects of these components from homologation and functionality perspectives, including stiffness, non-linearity, fatigue behavior, and vibratory phenomena.

Performance results from the seamless integration of multiple disciplines, and you will have the chance to collaborate with various areas within the Design & Research department as well as the Vehicle Dynamics & Performance and Aerodynamics departments.

What We Are Looking For Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering; Previous experience in similar roles within the motorsport industry for at least two years; Excellent knowledge of English; Strong team-working skills; Flexibility and a strong passion for the automotive/motorsport/aerospace fields; Knowledge of HyperWorks and Abaqus software and programming skills in Python are considered a plus.
