Radiology Brand Manager (m/f)
The pharmaceutical division of Bayer S. p. A. , for the Radiology team, is looking for a smart and bright candidate as Brand Manager. You will develop and implement brand strategies, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities to effectively position and promote diagnostic imaging products/contrast media and injectors.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
Cooperate with Marketing Lead and the rest of the team to set the strategic plan for the product/products to deliver the outcomes and outputs for the portfolio within a given time frame (90 day-cycle or Quarter)
Prepare the activation plan, working together with marketing and customer team, Monitor P&I cost and allocate resources with precise KPIs
Identify insights based on internal data, market research, customer interaction and competitor activities
Innovate on expanding our offering based on market and customer needs
Analyze sales trend and prepare forecasts
Develop network with customers visiting them
Interact constantly with customer squads
Collaborate with Medical Affairs in defining educational plan
Develop marketing assets for the scientific communication and manages the LMR approval on local
Share experiences with EMEA 3 brand managers and create effective synergies
Engage with Thought Leaders and External Partners for supporting educational/scientific events
Interact with regional/global marketing team
Support the Team in workshops and cross functional meeting
WHO YOU ARE
Degree in Science/Economics/Marketing/Engineering
5 years of previous experience in marketing role/project management
Previous experience in radiology business or knowledge of diagnostic imaging is preferred
Leadership and management skills, high sense of responsibility and excellent planning and organization skills
Strategic and innovative mindset, market and business acumen, strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven experience in the implementation of marketing and digital skills
Experience with the development of an Integrated Brand Planning process and Business projects
PR skills and ability to network at any level
Willingness to travel both in Italy and Europe
Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory (both spoken and written) and Italian mother tongue
