JOB DESCRIPTION Overview: As an Enterprise Architect in Radiology Informatics, you'll collaborate with a global team to craft innovative solutions that meet customer needs. You'll guide transformation journeys, influence procurement processes, and leverage insights from experts to drive meaningful change in healthcare.
Your Role: Define and Architect Solutions: Create end-to-end solutions and commercial propositions that align with customer needs and budgets, incorporating expert insights from within and outside Philips. Collaborate on Transformation Strategies: Work with markets to shape customer transformation journeys and influence procurement processes, providing cohesive solutions that span multiple categories within Radiology Informatics and ensuring service capabilities are considered and business model fits customers and markets expectations. Build Compelling Proposals: Coordinate efforts among internal and external experts to develop viable and affordable solutions that drive innovation and inspire new customer leads. Manage Relationships and Change: Establish strong connections with customers, partner architects, and stakeholders while overseeing change management to ensure alignment with agreed solution designs. You're the right fit if you have: Educational Background: Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Informatics. Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with strong commercial acumen and a focus on innovative business models that drive value. Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of cloud and on-premise infrastructure technologies, IT systems administration, and architecture, complemented by excellent analytical and solution-oriented skills. Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to motivate multi-functional teams and foster collaboration.
