You will be part of Enterprise Informatics RI S&SD Implementation South Europe, reporting to the EI RI S&SD Implementation Leader South Europe. You will be part of an inspiring team that has the goal to strengthen and drive performance of EI RI SS&D Implementation within South Europe. Your role: Leading the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team of approx. 10 headcount, responsible for providing clinical consultancy services for RI solutions within South Europe. Educating and coaching your team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions (vuePACS, vueRIS, etc. ) and driving methodology development. Validating solution design to fit customer clinical requirements during the presales phase for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions. Developing strategic working relationships and providing guidance to senior customer leaders. Serving in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation & adoption for smooth and successful implementation of Philips RI solutions. Supporting and advising the salesforce during customer acquisition. Ensuring successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips RI solutions. Working on complex issues requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives. Implementing strategic policies for methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results and enrollment in South Europe. Providing clinical consultancy services to complex projects within South Europe on workflow analysis and solution design adoption. Guiding the customer in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions. Coaching and educating the Clinical Consulting team Europe and customers in complex situations for multiple solutions. Being an active member of the Clinical Consulting Community Europe to share knowledge, experience, and lessons learned. Your KPIs: Deliver tasks on time. Deliver on budget for their portion of the project. Deliver tasks with expected quality. Achieve utilization targets. You're the right fit if you have: 5 years of work experience in the clinical area of Radiology Informatics. Bachelor's or Master's degree/qualification in a clinical area, or equivalent. Proven track record in effectively structuring problems and designing solutions that customers advocate. Ability to communicate simply and persuasively to different customer audiences, ranging from individual contributors to organizational leadership. Wide-ranging experience with Philips RI products. Proven ability to resolve complex issues creatively and effectively. Regular interactions with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English and two of these languages: French, Italian, Spanish. Willingness to travel> 60%.
