**Menzies Aviation and AGS Handling (Airport Global Services Handling) hanno unito le forze negli aeroporti di Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY), Milano Malpensa (MXP) e Verona Villafranca (VRN).
Questa nuova ed entusiasmante partnership riunisce l'eccellenza globale operativa e nella gestione delle risorse di Menzies e l'esperienza e la competenza locale di AGS Handling.
Riportando al Responsabile delle Risorse Umane, si occupa di fornire servizi di supporto amministrativo all'azienda e agli Operational Manager per garantire un funzionamento efficiente dell'azienda nel settore finanziario e amministrativo, offrendo i più alti standard di servizio.
**Main accountabilities include**:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational performance, safety, security and customer satisfactionof the product through effective support and management of delivery areas
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are according to standards set within the Menzies Health & Safety Policy Manual, and according to international aviation standards
- Oversee and ensure effective, appropriate and structured staff meetings take place on a regular basis.
- Monitoring performance of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan and resource effectively, including contingency planning
- Ensuring investigations take place into any incident/accident, non-conformity or service delivery failure, with effective route cause analysis and corrective, preventative and follow up actions are in place and maintained.
- Ensure there is an effective risk assessment on existing SOP's, including any amendments or changes to procedures or new initiatives.
- Oversee, review and ensure all operational policies and procedures are feasible, reliable and fit for purpose.
- Take an active part in the recruitment process for all staff to ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time.
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, oversee appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training, coaching and development.
- Actively encourage that effective performance processes are in place for staff, ensuring adequate and sufficient one to one time is given to the staff members.
- Assess relevant training needs for department employees including assessment methods and measurement systems.
- Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health & safety, employment and equality laws.
- Monitoring performance of key customer service indicators, identify gaps, plan and resource effectively to fill them, including contingency planning.
- Supporting the Senior Management in the development of the strategic business plans and effectively manage these in line with budgets to deliver excellent service to our airport customers
- Improving delivery of Menzies Aviation products and services through developing a motivatedand skilled team
- Providing leadership to the team to deliver an optimum, time and cost efficient service
- Maximising revenue both through product development and staff and equipment planning
- Working with airport suppliers & handlers to ensure prescribed levels of service at agreed standards are delivered.
- Providing reports as required, and service delivery measurements.
- Ensuring that daily SMART inspections take place in all areas of the operation.
- Ensuring your team carry out all Ramp/Operations and processing activities as directed by the Company through its policies, procedures and training to ensure the success of the operation including the following:
- Maintaining and promoting a safe and secure working environment at all times.
- Complying with the Company's open, fair and honest reporting culture.
Create a compelling departmental vision for the future and, through face-to-face communication, engage all colleagues to commit to and deliver the changes required.
- Responsible for the management of contingency plans in the event of disruption.
- Manage and coordinate stationery and office supplies.
- Ensure a positive and clean working environment is upheld.
- Orientates the Ramp & Operations department around company values and puts them into practice.
- Budgetary control, ensuring effective and efficient labour utilization, whilst also actively controlling all departmental costs.
- To ensure continuous reduction in overtime costs
- Resolve issues with Trade Unions and inform/consult/negotiate when appropriate, in a solution orientated man
