Excellent knowledge about 3GGP specification, including specification requirements and interfaces of the GERAN/UTRAN/E-UTRAN/C-IoT/5G NR, radio performance, physical layer, layer 2 and layer 3 RR, and access network interfaces (Abis, A, Gb, Iu, Iub, Iur, S1 and X2). Excellent IP and related upper layer transport and security protocols (TCP, UDP, GTP, RTP, IKE, CMP) knowledge and main routing protocols. Understanding of wireless network implementation and operations services. Strong and proven experience in troubleshooting and OAM activities. Strong and proven capability of performing Call Handling end-to-end analysis. Knowledge of VDF organization, operational procedures, and delivery process are preferred. 4G technology skills: Excellent knowledge of 4G interfaces, basic Physical Signals and Control Channels structure, Link Adaptation, access and mobility procedures. Excellent knowledge of CA, SRVCC, NB IOT, CS Fallback, Volte, CAT-M. 5G technology skills: Excellent knowledge of 5G NR Interface (Time/Frequency structure, Scalable Numerologies, OFDM basics), basic Physical Signals and Control Channels structure, Link Adaptation, access and mobility procedures. Good knowledge of Massive MIMO systems, MU-MIMO, beamforming and related procedures. Good knowledge of LTENR DSS solution. Good knowledge of EN-DC and NG-RAN Architectures: NSA Option 3x, SA Option 2, SA Option 5.
