FunctieomschrijvingThe Sales & Marketing department of Milan is looking for a Business Development Analyst for a prestigious partner leader in the logistics world. ResponsabilitàWe are seeking an analytical Business Development Analyst to support the expansion in Italy.

This dynamic role requires an individual who can effectively multitask, prioritize, and manage diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

In addition, we are looking for someone to be intellectually curious, embracing new challenges as opportunities to expand their knowledge and skillsKey Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify optimal locations and drive the expansion- Prospect and manage the flow of incoming leads and create related reports- Analyze leads data (e. g. , conversion rates, cost of leads) to identify improvement points and processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, account management, marketing to ensure business continuityFunctie-eisenQualifications & Experience Required for the Position:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken)- Past experience in business development, strategy, or consulting is a plus Location: Milan, ItalyOne year fixed-term contractGross Annual Pay: TBDLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77).
