Functieomschrijving Randstad Italia is currently recruiting a

CSA Customer Application Engineer for a client operating in the oil & gas industry based in Florence.

The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization being responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the Long-Term Service Agreement proposals.

The job holder will work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.

Responsabilità Responsibilities: analyze technical specifications from Customers;

define and prepare the service Scope of Work;

ensure accurate cost control, and managing technical risks;

estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies;

collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals;

support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.

Functie-eisen Requirements: Bachelor s degree in technical field from an accredited college or university; 0-4 years of industry experience in roles like Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer, Project Manager;

fluent spoken and written English;

traveling with short notice.

Plus: Specific O&G market knowledge and experience 

Good knowledge of rotating machineries, particularly of Gas Turbines 

GB/BB certified

A fixed-term contract of one year is offered to replace maternity leave (temporary agency worker).
