**Raw Material Expediter Junior**:

JOB MISSION

Aligning the short-term purchase portfolio with the production plan including expediting activities (reminder, operational order management), in line with company requirements and sustainability objectives.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Constant and on time monitoring of issued orders and related supply order confirmations with attention and communication to suppliers for managing deliveries and also requests for advances and postponements;

Entry of article data and customs and various related items;

Sending sustainability questionnaires for managed suppliers and monitoring of responses;

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economic fields;

Knowledge of the raw material market will be consider a plus;

Deep and concrete attitude for human contacts and teamwork, problem solving attitude and excellent communication skills;

Previous experience in the role will be considered a plus;

High analytical skills and flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changes;

Highly motivated and result-oriented

Passion for the cosmetic sector;

Fluent in English.
