JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Brand Communication will be a key figure in building and executing global brand communication strategy across channels.
Working within brand team in close contact with the Global Brand Manager, he/she will oversee and manage communication projects in all their phases, coordinating the input of other functions and ensuring that all the activities are in line with brand's positioning and business strategy.
He/she will be expected to be proactive in bringing innovative and bold communication solutions and activating new platforms with a goal to make all the activities relevant to final consumer.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES
- ** Building brand communication strategy**.
Giving support in building brand image based on overall brand vision and business strategy, ensuring that all communication activities are developed with clear objectives and holistic approach.
- **Coordinating global content production**.
Manage content development projects in all their phases giving support (main brand campaigns) or autonomously managing them (secondary campaigns): collecting the brand needs, support brand team on brief, collecting inputs from all internal stakeholders (creative, social, PR, production, media), collecting the creative concept from creative team/agency, defining final deliverables for all communication touch points and channel needs, setting up the production in coordination with creative and production teams, making sure all the deliverables are developed according to the brief and creative concept, managing the post-production process in coordination with creative and production teams, adapting the communication assets to all the communication channels involved.
- ** Coordinating involved functions**.
Giving support on alignment of internal stakeholders on communication projects and coordinating their inputs to maximize the impact on different communication channels.
- ** Managing campaign roll-out**.
Coordinating the campaign roll-out on all brand channels, ensuring that communication is consistent on all touch points and meets originally set deadlines.
- ** Coordinating social media strategy**.
Together with social and creative teams manage RayBan social media strategy and annual editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content and overseeing the copywriting process.
- **Guiding local brand communication activities**.
Giving support to brand team in coordinating local marketing teams on execution of global campaigns, as well as local communication initiatives, making sure the brand speaks the same language across geographies.
- **Overseeing PR and influencer strategy**.
Helping manage PR and influencer marketing activities together with PR and social teams, ensuring that all local activities are in line with global strategy.
- **Activating brand communication on target-relevant platforms**.
Coordinate projects on platforms relevant to RayBan's target (Tik Tok, Twitch, Youtube, Instagram) in collaboration with internal functions (creative, social and PR teams) and social networks (Facebook, Tik Tok, Google).
- ** Support on media strategy.
**Support brand and media teams in execution of the global media strategy, coordinating the content production by media partners and overseeing media plan execution by local markets.
- **Analyzing communication efficiency.
**Together with media, social and PR teams, collecting media/PR/social activity reports based on originally set KPIs, and communicating the results and possible areas of improvement to involved internal stakeholders.
