MissionThis role focuses on the project management of international RD and innovation projects related to the Energy industry. The team is focused on the following key areas:Energy transition and decarbonizationNew energy sources and hydrogenEnergy nexus (e. g. , water, climate, industry, transportation, security, urbanization, food, health, etc.
)Digitalization and cybersecurityInternational cooperationThe team operates especially in the context of local and international funding programs: Horizon Europe, LIFE, Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking, Innovation Fund, EMFAF, IPCEI, EIT, RFCS, Interreg, PRIMA, Fondo Transizione Industriale, Contratti di Sviluppo, ARERA, and other local funding programs related to PNRR. Key AccountabilitiesThe new resource will be part of the Energy RD and Innovation team at RINA Consulting S. p. A. , contributing to international RD and innovation projects in the energy sector. The key responsibilities will include:Managing or supporting the management of EU-funded RD projects during execution. Contributing to the identification and development of new project ideas and opportunities. Assisting in the preparation of proposals for RD and innovation projects under European and international funding programs. Collaborating with internal experts and international partners on technical project development. Preparing, or providing support for the preparation of, reports, presentations, and project deliverables. Supporting the expansion of RINA's network of RD partners. Contributing to the development of digital tools for consulting and engineering services. Leading, or assisting with, proposal preparation, including technical documentation and budgeting. Managing and coordinating industrial projects throughout their execution. Overseeing contracts from an economic and financial perspective (profit and loss management via dedicated ERP/CRM software). Liaising with clients, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Contributing to business development initiatives as required. EducationMaster's Degree in Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Management Engineering. QualificationsDegree in energy/electrical/mechanical/chemical/management engineering or in other technical-scientific fields with focus on any of the areas of interest indicated above. Having completed a PhD will be considered a plus. Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results. Open-minded to innovation, creativity, and good attitude to networking.
