R&D Business Development Manager (Remote + Uncapped Commissions) Location: Remote Base Salary: $75, 000 - $100, 000 with Uncapped Commissions Benefits: Health, 401k with 3% match, competitive PTO Job Type: Full-Time Typical Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET Start Date: ASAP Travel: ~10-20% (once/month to industry events, conferences, and networking functions) Sponsorship is not available Job Description Our client in the Design Services industry is seeking an R&D Business Development Manager to join their award-winning team.
This position is fully remote, outside of limited travel to industry events throughout the year.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in design, engineering, and R&D, coupled with excellent communication skills to drive business growth and build lasting relationships.
This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development Director and internal R&D teams to develop effective sales strategies and ensure project goals are met.

Responsibilities Strategically and actively seek out new business opportunities Work with the Business Development Director to execute sales strategies Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients Set and achieve sales targets based on metrics Collaborate closely with internal R&D teams to meet project goals Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline effectively Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Identify potential opportunities and threats Manage resources for sales and marketing support Qualifications 2+ years of sales/nurturing experience required 5+ years of Design, Engineering, or R&D experience required Comfort with technical design and engineering principles required Proven success driving business growth in R&D required CRM experience required #J-18808-Ljbffr
