Mission The RD Business Support Advisor supports the administrative process of RD financed project.
The role involves a combination of administrative coordination, financial management and stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities Administrative Coordination: Support in the administrative coordination of projects funded by the European Commission (EC) and Italian national/regional schemes.
Collaborate with the RD financial manager to ensure compliance with administrative requirements.
Resource Planning and Claim Management: Manage the planning and claim processes for resources related to RD projects.
Work closely with RD teams in Business Units to understand project requirements and allocate resources accordingly.
Financial Planning: Prepare the financial plan for RD projects, including the annual budget and quarterly forecasting.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to support decision-making processes.
Data Analysis: Analyze actual versus planned data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
Improve forecasting accuracy by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Collaborate closely with diverse RD teams in the Business Units to understand their needs and provide effective support.
Customer Service: Provide strong customer service to RD teams by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth project operations.
Act as a liaison between RD teams and other departments, fostering effective communication.
Education Master's Degree in Economics Qualifications Previous experience in administrative coordination, financial planning, or project management is preferred.
Proficiency in financial planning and data analysis.
Familiarity with EC funding procedures and national/regional schemes is a plus.
