Main purpose of the roleTo participate in new product and process development, ensuring compliance with Group and Local strategies throughout the Stage & Gate process from lab to post-launch.

What you will doParticipate in new product (and process) development, in compliance with Group & Local strategies during the whole Stage & Gate process from lab till post launch;Perform research on basic raw materials (existing/new) to improve current quality and organoleptic characteristics of existing product portfolio;Understand the characteristics and influence/interaction of the ingredients used in the specific candies to ensure stable product quality and efficiency of production process;Contribute in performing Competitor research following trends, CIT, Patents to define new projects with the aim to keep PvM product portfolio future ready;Contribute to define technological solutions aimed to sustain the breakthrough innovation pipeline in accordance with company long term strategy;Transfer the Process information, Recipes, Product specifications to the local country with the PvM tools;Travel abroad for support/tests/start-up if needed. Our Perfect CandidateDegree in Food Technology, Chemical Technology, Food Engineering or other scientific education;2-3 years of experience as Food Technologist;Know-how in confectionary area;Know-how of raw materials and its functions;Good communication skills;Ability to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks to deadlines;Ability to work on multiple projects, prioritize, and monitor the progress;Ability to work with different cultures.
