We are looking for a R&D Clean Room Technology Trainee who will join Marelli Motorsport R&D Hybrids & Electric Team in Corbetta (Milan) site as 6 months internship.

The Motorsport Organization is dedicated to development, production and selling of products, systems and services for Automotive Motorsport industry (2 and 4 wheels); our main customers are Teams from most important championships like F-1, MotoGP, F-E, Moto2, WEC, TCR

The R&D Clean Room Technology Trainee will focus on development, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of advanced power module manufacturing processes from R&D perspective.

The person will work in close collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Teams.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Execute experimental phases related to Prototyping, Pre-production and the introduction of new materials/processing techniques;

- Assess process and technologies, define process parameters according to Senior and Manager's recommendations, take measurements and interpret data;

- Provide process documentation and operating instructions;

- Collaborate with Electronics Division Production Unit in the continuous improvement of the process.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Physics/Materials science/Electronics Engineering;

- Very good Italian and English knowledge;

- Previous experiences in clean-room processes and/or semiconductor technologies would be a plus.
