What you will do The R&D Deployment Manager – Oral Care is responsible for delivering the innovation pipeline in line with the innovation strategy defined by the Global Listerine Brand Development team. This role requires strong cross-functional partnerships and collaboration with several functions, including global brand teams, R&D, marketing, translational and consumer science teams, regulatory, medical, safety, supply chain and external manufacturing partners. This position requires a solid background in Product Development and Deployment and demonstrated ability as a collaborative problem-solver and competent communicator. Key Responsibilities Delivering the EMEA innovation pipeline for Listerine, based on consumer and customer needs, on time and in full, through strong collaboration with the EMEA marketing and commercial teams. Supporting the HCP program in partnership with global and regional cross-functional teams. Leading cross-functional project-related alignments including supply chain, safety, regulatory, legal, patenting, claims, product development and marketing. Ensuring robust and competitive claim substantiations, via technical lab data as well as consumer data. Delivering supplier resilience projects, cost efficiency and design for manufacturability. Acting as a technical subject matter expert to identify, evaluate, and validate technologies for new product development concepts, external innovation collaborations, and business development opportunities. Developing strong partnerships with other leaders in the organization, such as Marketing, Regulatory, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and Global R&D. Leading a team of 3-5 scientists, promoting engagement and employee satisfaction. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Experience with formulated products is required. Cosmetics, OTC, or pharmaceutical experience is required. A very good foundation and understanding of chemistry and processing / scale up is required. Experience translating science into actionable claims and communications is required. Experience in end-to-end product development, including design, development, and deployment through tech transfer, is preferred. Fluent written and oral English communication skills are required. Familiarity with cGMP and other regulatory requirements is preferred. Experience in Oral Care category of products is preferred.
